Isn’t it a wonder that nutrients present in season foods are exactly what our bodies need to stay fit, healthy and strong? Well, yes! Take pumpkin for example. It’s a traditional feature of autumn and it is rich in vitamins A and C, calcium, iron and folates – all  needed to fight seasonal cold and flu.
